I provide a person-centered approach to therapy, creating a safe and collaborative space where you remain in control of your story. My role is to listen, validate, and walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal thoughts. Together, we’ll focus on building coping skills, strengthening boundaries, and developing tools for long-term resilience.
In our work, you will find both structure and flexibility. CBT helps challenge unhelpful thought patterns, while DBT provides skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. These approaches offer practical strategies for navigating daily struggles while also supporting deeper healing and growth.
My goal is to create a therapeutic space that empowers you to reclaim your voice, break free from cycles that no longer serve you, and move forward with hope. Healing is not easy, but it is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
I am currently available for in-person and telehealth sessions, including some evening availability.
