I'm also a strong Ally, and work well with diverse adults to move from surviving into thriving. I've also worked extensively with helping professionals: counselors, MDs, PAs, nurses, OT/PT/STs, LMTs and absolutely love it! Mentoring MSWs is also a mission of mine, and I offer licensure and billing supervision and business consulting. My passion definitely lies in helping others access and develop their best, healthiest selves!

My name is Shannon Langlois-Kondracki. I have been married for 13 years and share five children in a blended family. Our oldest four children are in adulthood and have already flown the nest, some having families of their own. Prior to marriage, I struggled early in life as a teenage parent, living in public housing and working multiple jobs to provide.

Hi, my name is Sara. I have a beautiful family of 7 and have been with my life partner for 23 years. Our relationship started off as friends and evolved into becoming a blended family. We have faced many adversities together and continue to this day, while the commitment we made is unbreakable. We have two adult sons, both living their best life growing and learning. We were blessed and surprised to become pregnant with twin boys born in 2017. This was a miracle as my husband and I were not trying and 10 years later our boys are here

Hello! I'm Ana, I use she/her pronouns and I might be your next (or firstever!) therapist. My therapy practice focus tends to be on anxiety(including anxiety disorders), self esteem building, PTSD, C-PTSD, ADHD,trauma cycle breaking, relationship issues (platonic and romantic),emotional abuse/neglect, depression and other mood disorders. I am a strongadvocate for social justice and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
