Hey, I’m Ashley! I am currently accepting adult clients (LGBTQIA+) who are 18-
late 30s navigating life stressors/transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-
esteem, relationships, communication skills, and boundary setting
I offer a grounding, supportive space where you can gently explore what’s coming
up for you—at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative,
compassionate, and deeply respectful of your unique journey. You’re invited to
show up just as you are. Your authenticity is your superpower!
you. I focus on self-compassion, self-love, and mindfulness-based practices. I have
people look inward and explore the current relationship they have with themselves.
I believe that the work begins here, and notice when you start to develop a healthier
relationship with yourself, you gain the tools and capabilities to handle anything that
comes your way. Because YOU have your back and have the skills to listen to the
infinite wisdom and knowledge of your body.
Through my own therapy journey, I understand what it feels like to be on the otherside. I admire and respect the dedication and bravery it takes to pursue self-growth and to invest in yourself. I am committed to my own growth, and I amcontinuously expanding my opportunities to learn professionally and personally.
My approach blends holistic and somatic practices with evidence-based modalities like ACT, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and strength-based therapy. Through this work, you can begin to reconnect with yourself and uncover a deeper sense of peace, freedom, and wholeness—in your body and in your life. Let’s take this step together!
I am available for in-person or telehealth appointments: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, including some evening availability!
Insurances I take: Aetna, ASR, Blue Care Complete (Medicaid), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cofinity, HAP (ONLY “Alliance Health & Life” PPO/EPO & HMO with auth), McLaren Medicaid, Meritain, Molina (in process), Priority Health (PPO & HMO), Priority Health Medicaid, and Straight Medicaid.
