Hey, I’m Ashley! I am currently accepting adult clients (LGBTQIA+) who are 18-
late 30s navigating life stressors/transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-
esteem, relationships, communication skills, and boundary setting

I offer a grounding, supportive space where you can gently explore what’s coming
up for you—at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative,
compassionate, and deeply respectful of your unique journey. You’re invited to
show up just as you are. Your authenticity is your superpower!

Through our work together, I listen to your knowing and act as a guide alongside

you. I focus on self-compassion, self-love, and mindfulness-based practices. I have
people look inward and explore the current relationship they have with themselves.
I believe that the work begins here, and notice when you start to develop a healthier
relationship with yourself, you gain the tools and capabilities to handle anything that
comes your way. Because YOU have your back and have the skills to listen to the
infinite wisdom and knowledge of your body.

Ashley A little about me: I am an open-minded, curious, compassionate, and playful person at my core. I find a balance between taking life seriously and when to giggle at life and have fun! Sometimes we need to take a step back and remember that we are here to live life! I enjoy learning new things, playing board games, card games, and reading! I mainly spend as much time as I can outside and in nature; I find it peaceful and soothing for the soul! I love socializing and spending time with my loved ones, but I also enjoy time alone! Most of all, I love spending time with my Golden Doodle, Gracie.
